It will help you in the second step, analysis.

2. Analyze what could be the worst possible outcome
Normally, people do not worry much about the problems, but they are worried about the negative outcomes that may follow. A lot these negative scenarios are not really likely to happen. When you write down the problems, you will see if the negative consequences are likely to come up. If there are many levels of negative outcomes, what the worst scenario will be. Make sure that you think through the process thoroughly. It is important that you do this step well so that you can progress to the next step

3. Decide to accept the situation should the worst occurs

When you make decision, the worry will start to fade away.

4. Take actions to improve the situation
The purpose for this action taking is to minimize the possible losses from the problem. Starting from the worst scenario, analyze what you can do to lessen the worst. Write down your plan and time frame. Take your best effort to follow your plan. When you have your detailed plan, you will be relieved from worrying. You know what to do and your mind will not focus only on problems but now on the solution.

5. Visualize that the problem is successfully solved by your actions
Make visualization on the situation that everything has been solved by your continuous efforts. You feel free and feel sense of relief. You have no worry now and are heading toward your goals.
