* Use eBay as your purchasing guide for what you plan on selling. Look up what people are charging for similar items. Don't pay more than 65% of what the eBay sales history tells you. You want to buy in bulk and wholesale and know what you are being charged for per item to see if any money will be made off of it.
* Ship your paid orders on the same day they buy. Buyers want fast shipping that doesn't take three weeks to get there. Companies like Fed Ex offer online shipping and will give you an immediate 10% discount. They will also increase you discount the more volume you get.
