Sleep Mist: You Don't Have to Be an Heiress to Enjoy Luxury Like This

Dec 23, 2007
Hey princess, your room is your castle and you should make it every bit as such. There is no need to have a messy and dirty room, because you are a woman and you deserve to live in a comforting and relaxing environment that is tailored to your needs.

But your last name does not have to be Hilton, Hearst or Trump in order to create a luxurious space where you lay your head. There are many techniques and items you can use that you can find for a low cost.

First, you can decorate your room according to how you want to represent yourself, and of course whatever is going to provide you with the most comfort. Then, find some great accoutrements that can provide you with the ultimate in relaxation. A dim light, a humidifier, perhaps even a canopy bed can help you shut out distractions and focus on your rest.

Then the final piece of course is aromatherapy, which can come in many forms. The most popular choice is sleep mist, which is available in a variety of scents. Often times, when we turn in for the night, our house is full of strong smells from dinner, pets, cigarettes, etc. This is no way for a princess to fall asleep in luxury, so this needs to be removed at all costs. Envelope your room with the best scents so you can be immersed in sweet dreams in no time.

Perhaps you want to start by gently spraying the sleep mist all around the room, so that it can be absorbed into the atmosphere, and shoo away all of those other bad smells. But, right before you go to sleep, you will want to spritz your linens a few times, focusing in particular on your pillows. Some ladies might even choose to put a little mist on their pajamas, just to ensure that insomnia does not creep up on them during the night.

It is important to remember, however, that you do not want to go overboard with the mist, either. As much as you may enjoy the smell, part of this luxurious technique is the science of it, and you do not want your brain to be on overload. The way you attack restlessness with sleep mist is that the gentle and soothing scents slowly reach your brain, which of course controls every part of the body. Specifically, it targets the nerves, producing a settling and calming effect, which allows the body to relax naturally.

Now doesn't this sound like something that royalty would do? But you can just settle in and not have to worry about being in the public eye. Make your room the epitome of luxury so you can avoid insomnia at all costs. You will just feel better overall when you create an environment that lulls you gently to sleep. After you use this, you will help your body to be on a natural cycle of sleep, where you feel drowsy naturally. How do you like that, princess?
