There are time when everybody around you told you or you have heard of all kinds of reason on why you must not control or hold on to your feelings within. They often advised you to let it all or explode it out from your emotion. This in fact is a constant battle between express and suppress. You have to constantly find a balance between these two emotions.

Eventually after a year or two of aggressive feelings management, a person can be completely controllable. What is the difference between assertive and aggressive?

Being assertive is very different than aggressive. Aggressive is demanding, while assertive is taking control, but respecting others. The key word is respect and the group helps aggressive people to understand the concept of respect.
