For That Smoldering, Glowing, Come Hither Look, Try Sleeping All Night Long

Hey sexy thang - if you like the sound of that pet name, then how about going to bed, eh? No, not like that. But getting a good night of sleep will surely bring on many more compliments down the road. Why? Because getting seven to nine hours of rest every night will have you looking absolutely wonderful. It is a healthy behavior that has become quite the beauty secret as well.

When you wake up after a night of restlessness, of course you feel terrible inside. Your body feels worn out and your mind is not focused and sharp. But you will notice that, over time, when you battle insomnia, your hair begins to lose that natural shine, your eyes become bloodshot and form large bags and/or dark circles underneath them, and your skin looks worn out. The longer you go without getting the proper amount of rest, the older and more distressed you will begin to look. Not sleeping well can age you several years because you are taking a toll on your body.

Each time you put your head to pillow for about eight hours a night, your body is thanking you. But you will not get a card or note. You will wake up with a wonderful new look that you have not seen in a long time because of your insomnia. Slowly but surely, you will start to shed the old you and look renewed and refreshed, and sexier than ever.

What happens while you are resting comfortably is that your body has gotten the signal to shut down for the night. You are not doing anything else except breathing, so it is your body's chance to 'clean itself up' a bit. New cells are being generated over the course of eight hours, and help to replenish the old skin. While we do not necessarily molt like some animals do, we definitely shed layers of skin that are dead and are no longer of use to us. What is revealed is a shinier layer that helps us to look much younger.

Also, when you start having trouble sleeping, you tend to become extremely frustrated and moody. This can often transfer over to affect your appearance because your face will be taut and your jaw clenched. Sleeping will help you feel more relaxed and your new attitude will definitely enhance your appearance. That smile will never leave your face!
