Eating lots of fresh fruit and vegetables is one of the most well-known top 10 diet strategies people endeavour to use when they aim to lose weight by dieting. Many realise that foods in their natural state - foods not frozen, cooked, boiled, stewed etc. contain food enzymes good for digestion.

Eat your last meal about 6-7 pm at night, or at least a good couple of hours before bed. If you go to sleep on a full stomach not only is it uncomfortable and could stop you sleeping (occasionally this has happened to me), but it's bad for your digestive organs, heart and liver.
