Acne Remedy - What Is The Best Solution?

Acne or the pimples are the small swollen spots that appear on the skin. The reason for this condition is normally the excessive secretion of sebum or oil from the oil glands. It can appear along with black heads or white heads on the face. Severe cases may lead to a painful condition that may lead to scarring of facial skin. In its aggravated condition it may even spread to shoulders, back, chest, buttocks and chest of the person suffering from pimples.

This condition has to be dealt with carefully to avoid infections that may lead to serious skin problems and permanent scars on the face. Because of black heads some of the skins pores may become blackened. If not properly cleaned, it will rupture the mechanism of the oil glands. For this reason a person affected by the problem of acne should wash his face at least twice per day to avoid accumulation of oil on the pores of the skin.

One should avoid pricking the pimples to avoid infection that may lead to formation of scars on the face. Constipation and other disorders to stomach may aggravate the pimples. So a person suffering from pimples should avoid food that causes problems to the stomach.

A dermatologist will be able to provide effective acne remedy that can control pimples. A large variety of acne formulas both for internal and external applications are now available in the market. It is advisable to consult a skin specialist before one attempts to experiment with these medicines.

If ready to work on eliminate of the acne, one can effectively control pimples by adopting certain home made acne remedies that you can be prepared at home. Tea Tree Oil is believed to be a very effective way to treat problems related to acne. Applying Tea Tree Oil on the affected areas will kill the bacteria in the pimple affected areas.

Following is a home acne remedy that is proved to be very effective to treat the pimples.

Mix half teaspoon Camphor lotion with one teaspoon of tomato juice and one teaspoon of honey and it on the face for fifteen minutes. Lukewarm water can be used to rinse the face.

A mixture of Glycerine (1 tsp), Borax Powder (1/2 tsp), distilled water (1 cup) and Camphor lotion (1/2 tsp) can also be used to control pimples. Apply this solution on the face and leave t to dry. When it is dry wash it off from the face by using lukewarm water. It should be followed a by a wash with cold water.
