Getting Into The Flow Of Affluence

Feb 12, 2008
I'm so excited about a fairly recent addition to my coaching club: one-on-one calls with my students. These calls give us an opportunity to get into all kinds of things, from persuasion, affluence, and specialized help for specific areas where there might be struggle, to more spiritual matters. It seems like I'm getting as much out of these calls as my students.

In a recent call one of my members, a man who deals in million dollar real estate deals said to me, 'I've found that the affluent are so much nicer to work with. They are appreciative and express that appreciation.'

My student wasn't suggesting that non-affluent people are rude or unappreciative, but just that not having scarcity or lack to worry about allows his clients to express how much they appreciate the abundance in their lives.

How much of rejection in sales is about 'well, I just can't afford it'? How much of it is about the price objection? A lot! A huge percentage of it, in fact.

When we work with an affluent clientle, that's not going to be the objection.

I really noticed something wonderful at the last seminar that just took place in Chicago. Our group is coming together in the most phenomenal way. With this we're getting the most amazing results from the synergy of this group. Incomes are going up. Business is flourishing. People are really feeling the energy of abundance.

The affluent clientle and those who work with the affluent (and who, much of the time are affluent as a result), these are the people we want to work with. They're nice. They're kind. They're considerate. They got where they are by being smart and good people.

Another reason we should target the affluent: you don't have to close too many million or multi-million dollar deals to start really making some money. This allows you to 'work smart' instead of working hard.

How can you begin put yourself in the flow of affluence?
