You Can Generate Attraction Regardless Of Your Looks

Feb 15, 2008
One of the biggest issues I have to deal with when it comes to my students is the idea that they are too ugly to attract women.

This insecurity comes in various shapes and sizes. For instance:

Some guys think they're too old.

Some men think they are too fat.

Some men think they are too short.

They could be too ugly.

These men feel as if they are in a weak position, when it comes to attracting the women they desire, because of these.

But lucky for all of us - this simply isn't the case.

Here we can dismiss a few myths concerning attraction, which may be holding you back from a successful love life.

Myth #1 - Women are only attracted to good looking men.

All you have to do is look around at the various types of guys in this world who are dating gorgeous women to know that this isn't the case.

Of course it is essential to look good, however, it you do not have to be good looking.

How is there a difference?

Although you cannot control whether you are good looking or not, however you do have control of how you present yourself. You do control how you groom and the clothes you wear, your hairstyle, how you smell and so on.

All these appearance factors contribute to "looking good."

Taking control of your appearance makes any man more attractive.

Myth #2 - Women and Men Think Alike

It's natural to assume that everyone else in the world sees things the same way you see them.

Take for example; you have a zit on your nose that feels so big that you are sure everyone notices it there. However, in reality the pimple is under your skin and not viewable to everyone else in the world.

To you, it was clear as day. To everyone else, it was hardly noticeable.

Keep in mind that this method is generally in use when it comes to assessing any individual. Based on her looks you judge a woman, while sizing the woman up visually and then you decide if you think she is attractive, right.

So naturally, you assume women are going to size you up the same exact way.

This assumption is a mistake.

Women have different criteria for determining attraction than men do. That's not to say they don't care if a man is attractive or not. But they don't place as much importance on physical characteristics as us guys do.

Women find attraction by how a man makes them feel, more so than how he may physically appear. This explains their attraction to social status and confidence. Men who make them laugh, are good at what they do attract women. Physical looks has very little to do with whether a woman is attracted to a man.

Myth #3 - Women Notice Our Insecurities

Since we know our own selves, much better than anyone in the world ever will, we easily find and pay attention to our every single shortcoming, such as our receding hairline, weak chin, and our big ears and nose and so on.

No matter what it is, we see it!

Since we see our flaws, we naturally presume that others do too, when in fact the majority of people do not pay attention. Unless that is, they look especially for some characteristic to hold against you. Most fret over their own insecurities whatever they may be, without noticing yours.

Many men may call attention to their shortcomings while trying to dismiss and diffuse the things that make them feel insecure. Consequently, all this type of behavior does is managing to call the attention of the woman to the area of insecurity; otherwise, she may not even notice it.

Keep in mind that insecurities and anxiety are completely unattractive.

It's important, in every situation, that you always focus on the good stuff about you, instead of your shortcomings, and have the positives outshine the negatives.

Myth #4 - Good Looking Guys Have It Easy

That women instinctively generate towards good looking men is one of the most misleading myths out there.

Physical attractiveness may initially assist, however ultimately, good looking men suffer from the same types of problems as other men, while managing their own types of struggles with women they find attractive.

Attraction is the art of magnifying the emotional connection that a woman feels for you, when you are around, this connection will only occur when you are around her, therefore to feel those feelings she will want you to be around her.

When a man matches the physical type of man, a woman prefers she naturally gravitates towards him, simply because those features appeal to her. Those feelings go away if she considers the man to be incompatible, a jerk or a bore.

For example, take a man that a woman is not physically attracted to initially and then give them some time while he causes her to experience pleasure, excitement and fun, eventually, she will become attracted to him.

Others want to be around you when you make them feel good; this is one of the basics of attraction.

You don't have to be a good guy to make women feel good! You just need to know how to interact with them.

The second part of connect with women is generating sexual attraction.

This is where, in addition to making people feel good, you also turn them on.

This is when seduction comes into play.

As you lead a woman towards sexual attraction, she begins seeing you in a new perspective, despite your shortcomings or looks.
