Kelly O'Neil 
Kelly O'Neil is an avid entrepreneur with a passion for small business success. Kelly believes that people should be doing what they love and getting paid well for it. She has developed programs, classes and products that help entrepreneurs increase their profitability providing them with the freedom to live their life as they choose.
Kelly is the founder and President of The KateAnn Companies LLC which include: UpLevel Strategies™, Inspiration Place Publishing™, Journey Avenue™ and Visionary Women™. Kelly's personal mission is to create an international conversation about building values-based businesses and bringing consciousness of lifestyle to the workforce.
An accomplished spokesperson, Kelly has given more than 10,000 media interviews including The Wall Street Journal, CNN, Bloomberg, Associated Press, The New York Times, USA Today, Time, Business Week, Forbes, Fortune and even MTV. Kelly also speaks regularly at companies, professional associations, as well as national and international conferences. Kelly regularly speaks and writes about issues central to small business success. In 2004, Kelly spearheaded a book project with 11 other women called "Visionary Women Inspiring the World - 12 Paths to Personal Power". She is currently working on her next book titled "The Conscious Entrepreneur: Strategies to Turn Your Passions into Profits." It is through her books, public speaking and mentorship that Kelly is helping entrepreneurs all over the world create highly profitable businesses.
EDUCATION
Kelly holds a BS in Advertising/Mass Communications with a Minor in Creative Writing. She has a certificate in Brand Management Strategy from the Association of National Advertisers. Kelly is a graduate of The Coaches Training Institute and is a Certified Dream Coach.
PROFESSIONAL DISTINCTIONS
In 2004, Kelly's company was named a Purple Cow Innovator by marketing guru Seth Godin, citing it as one of the most innovative companies in America. In 2003, Kelly received the Compass Award from the Public Relations Society of America recognizing excellence in public relations strategy and execution.
