Terry H Hill
An author, speaker, and consultant, Terry H. Hill is the founder and managing partner of Legacy Associates, Inc., a business consulting and advisory services firm based in Sarasota, Florida. A veteran chief executive, Terry and his experienced associates address issues and challenges that privately held companies (less than 150 employees) face in each stage of their business life cycle. The Legacy Team help clients achieve peak performance by developing additional business skills and by creating greater efficiency within their processes.
The challenges that Legacy clients face are as varied as the businesses they own and manage, and as diverse as the industries that they serve. Regardless of the particular stage of the business life cycle that the Legacy client may find himself in --- be it startup, growth, mature, decline, or an exit target date ---the continual challenges of providing an adequate return on capital invested, growing revenues, and building value in their respective businesses remain top priorities.
