Artipot Terms of Service for Publishers

The following Terms of Service apply to content publishers who wish to publish or reprint articles from Artipot in their email newsletters, websites, print publications or other media. If you are an author who wishes to submit your articles to Artipot for inclusion in our directory, please read our Terms of Service for Authors.

Publisher Conduct

As a publisher, you agree that:

• All articles must be published without any modifications.
• The resource box (author's bio) must be included with the article.
• All links in the article must be kept "live" or clickable.
• The article source credit as shown below must be included with the article:

• No articles may be used in any kind of spam or unsolicited emails.
• No articles may be published on any websites that promote hatred, racism, pornography, warez, or any illegal activities.
• No articles can be sold without prior written consent from the author.
• You may not use article crawlers, robots, or any automated scripts/software to mine or extract articles from Artipot.

Disclaimer of Warranties

You expressly understand that your use of any articles on Artipot is at your sole risk. All articles are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Artipot and its subsidiaries, employees, agents, authors and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

All articles published on Artipot are not meant to be used for legal, medical, or any other type of advice. All articles are for educational or entertainment purposes only.
