Weights and Measures: Always Mettler Toledo

Humans have long grasped the need to be able to measure things such as time, length, weight, and mass, and for more than 6,000 years they have been perfecting their means of doing so. In fact, as long ago as the 4th millennium, civilized peoples in Egypt and Mesopotamia were inventing ways to measure an object's weight. The measure of weight during the Bronze Age was 1.704 mm, achieved by the people of the Indus Valley.
