Answering the phone at home is always easy. You just say hello and wait to hear the voice on the other end of the line. If you know them, there is no need to ask who is calling and what they want. These conversations are always casual, even when someone may be calling you about something business related. They know they are calling your home and they know you are not going to be too stiff on the phone. When it comes to good business telephone etiquette, however, there are some things everyone must do while on the phone.
