The Global Blame Game Against America

There's a trend in the world today. Blame America. While the entire planet seems content to hold America responsible for the collapse of the economy, one wonders if that's entirely fair, nevermind accurate. But if America is responsible for the last year of economic downturn, isn't she also to be credited with the previous decades of economic growth the world over? If so, where's the gratitude.
