Cause of Earthquakes Compared to a Litter of Puppies

Picture a dog (planet earth) with a litter of puppies (humanity) in a box crawling all over the mother playing. The first thing affected in the mother dog is her muscles, causing the loss of her ability to process bodily functions. Compare this to the earth in the plates that allow movement of the continents. The stoppage of the movement of the plates affects other processes in the earth.
